(Vlimmer is a one man dark kraut/drone/experimental project behind Alexander Leonard Donat, a prolific german musician, producer, visual artist and book author, head of Blackjack Illuminist Records. Donat creates more music as Fir Cone Children (dreampunk), Leonard Las Vegas (indie/shoegaze), Feverdreamt (arabian krautrock), Leonard Donat (dark ambient/neoclassical) and Infravoids (fuzz ambient drone). Additionally he is a member of the electro-clash hardcore band Jet Pilot and the ambient/postrock band Flight Recorder).
